Deposits
The deposit is non-refundable. It is 25% of the session price and comes off your final total, so it is not an extra charge — it holds your date and your artist's time. If you cancel or do not show up, the deposit is not returned. You can move your appointment instead of cancelling and the deposit moves with you, provided you give at least 48 hours' notice.
